This halfscale house kit is 6 rooms and rear opening, using Baltic Birch for main house parts, Housework' Door, Windows, turned porch posts and two interior stair kits. The stair kits have treads, balusters, handrail and newel posts. The attic has a kneewall to allow for more usaable space to decorate. A hip roof on the front porch gives the all-American look. Strip wood to cover all edges. overall size - 20 1/2" wide, 10" deep and 16" tall. Optional 2 story addition available, allowing additional 2 or 4 rooms .
