The Seaside Cottage is reminiscent of those old beach houses where the stucco has started to wear off. Ah, but it's the beach, so who cares! The house has two floors with one large room on the main floor and two rooms on the second floor. The kit includes the wood house pieces, windows, door, porch posts, tin roof, apex trim, lattice work and front steps. (Sorry, the kit does not include the landscaping or the second floor interior wall).
Dimensions: 5 1/2" l by 4" wide by 6 1/2" tall.
