The Villa is an original creation of Suzanne's. The style is reminiscent of Normandy, Tuscany or even 1930's California Story Book architecture. Make it what you want!
The Villa kit includes all wood house pieces with laser cut window and door openings, windows, doors, inside window and door trims, inside baseboard molding, wood grained floors, wallpaper, shingles, styrene stone work and exterior finishing instructions. Finfished size: 7" wide by 7" deep by 9" high.
Please note, due to construction complexity, this kit is suitable for intermediate or advanced quarter scalers.

The Villa Furniture Click Here

The Villa furniture is a collaborative effort of Pam Junk-Knapp and Suzanne. The majority of the furniture kits were developed by Pam with a few additions from Suzanne. We are so excited by these all new designs and lovely fabrics that Pam created especially for "The VIlla". The furniture is truly unique and unlike anything else currently out there for quarter inch.

The story that we created for "The Villa" is that it is owned by a lovely young couple. To make ends meet, they rent out two rooms to a stuggling artist and run a Cafe on the ground floor.
The Artist's Studio kit includes the wood pieces to create the artist's easel and table, the painting on the easel, the sunflowers and red fabric that the artist is painting, the folding screen and five pieces of metal luggage.

The kit has a total of 13 pieces plus pillows - a real deal!

The romantic bedroom includes kits to make a half-tester double bed with quilt, bed drapes, bolster & decorative pillows, two cabriole legged night stands with lamps, upholstered slipper chair, quilt stand with quilt, sunflowers in a vase, upholstered roll arm bench, armoire with art work for panels, blanket chest, small accent skirted table, and rag rug. The young couple have opened a restuarant on the main floor of the Villa. Another money making adventure!
The cafe is decorated in the French Country style. The kit includes one large and two small tables, 8 Quimper place mats, 9 chairs with seat pads, two wall shelve with Quimper plates, wine chest with "tile" top, tea cart with "tile" tray, "tile" topped counter, hutch with "wrought iron" accents, and paper cut-outs for "dummy" boards. A total of 18 furniture pieces plus many accessories!
Even if you decided against a Cafe theme, this set could easily be modified to create a family dining area.

Wrought Iron Kerosene Lamp
