The kit includes wooden house parts, wooden window and doors, base (without landscaping), paper clay to form the stones and brick with detailed instuctions and a schematice to landscape as shown.
NOTE: if you purchased this house from us at a Miniature Show sometime between 6-22-11 and 1-19-13 and are having problems with the pieces, please email us. Our laser cutter changed his machine and failed to update his program which caused the cutting on 6/22/11 to be incorrect. We have corrected piece for you.
